For Lunch I'm Eating Chips and Cheese Dip

I had a chocolate ice cream popsicle for breakfast this morning and now for lunch I'm eating chips and queso.

But don't worry, I just did five pushups and I also stretched out my back which was super tight.

I'm also thinking about eating an apple.

I might have some olives with anchovies.

Pretty sure this is the Mediterranean diet that everyone recommends.

No wait, I need to add wine and cheese.
