I used to pray every day. I used to read the Bible every day.
When I converted to Catholicism in college, I used to go to mass every day.
Religion was a big part of my life.
Even now I sometimes find myself saying the Act of Contrition at random times. Like when I'm lying in bed. Or doing the dishes. Or stealing things from a neighbor's house.
That's right, without daily prayer I've turned into a thief.
I'm a real reprobate now, though I prefer the term "Cat Burglar."
I'm working up to "Gentleman Burglar" but I need a better collection of neck scarves.
They're on my list of things to steal.
