My Son Has a Rich Inner Life

The other day my son made me buzz his daycare door and go back into his daycare to retrieve an imaginary tiny dog because he had forgotten it.

I obliged, of course.

I mean, I didn't know it was an imaginary tiny dog at first, I thought he had forgotten something else.

But I get it. No imaginary tiny dogs left behind.

I'm glad he's learning these important lessons.
